Abstract
Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unor adezivi pe baza de dispersie de polimer vinilic pentru aplicarea ornamentelor pe panouri de mobila finisata, prin polimerizarea în emulsie apoasa a acetatului de vinil, în prezenta unui sistem de emulsionare-stabilizare, format din izooctilfenol etoxilat cu grad de etoxilare cuprins între 9 si 10 molioxid de etilena în proportie de 1...3% si alcool polivinilic cu grad de hidroliza 88% si grad de polimerizare 1300...1500 în proportie de 9...12% la temperatura de 78...95 degree C dupa care dispersia de polimer astfel obtinuta se plastifiaza cu o solutie formata din 15...25% dibutilftalat 20...60% rasina alchilaromatica cu punct de înmuiere 100 degree C si 20...40% amestec de acetat de etil si acetona, solutia fiind în proportie de 20...30% fata de produsul finit. Se obtine un adeziv cu proprietati îmbunatatite.
