Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a amoniacului din gaz de sinteza de compozitie predeterminata prin aducerea în contact în prima zona de oxidare partiala catalitica a unui curent de aer îmbogatit cu oxigen si saturat cu apa si a unui curent de hidrocarbura sau amestec de hidrocarburi de preferinta cu 1-3 atomi de C/mol saturati cu apa si, eventual, preamestecate cu o cantitate suplimentara de abur. Ambele curente sînt precomprimate si preîncalzite în mod corespunzator si rezulta prin oxidare partiala în amestec de gaze cu continut de H, N, oxizi de carbon, apa si hidrocarburi netransformate, care este prelucrat în continuare în mod uzual pentru conversia oxidului de carbon continut în bioxid de carbon si eliminarea subsecventa a bioxidului de carbon si a apei, rezultînd gazul de sinteza care se prelucreaza în continuare în mod cunoscut pentru transformarea azotului si hidrogenul continut în amoniac.The invention relates to a process for obtaining ammonia from synthesis gas of predetermined composition by bringing into contact in the first catalytic partial oxidation zone a stream of oxygen enriched air saturated with water and a hydrocarbon stream or mixture of hydrocarbons preferably with 1-3 C / mol atoms saturated with water and optionally pre-mixed with an additional amount of steam.
