Abstract
Inventia se refera la un inhibitor de coroziune cu actiune neutralizanta si peliculogena, pentru protectia suprafetelor metalice de la vîrful coloanelor de fractionare din instalatiile petrochimice. Inhibitorul de coroziune este solubil în solventi nepolari si dispersabili în apa, fiind constituit din 20...50 parti greutate baza Mannich, 2...10 parti greutate trietanolamina tehnica, 1...5 parti greutate nonilfenol etoxilat cu 2...4 mol oxid de etilena, 1...2 parti greutate monoetanolamina si 30...76 parti greutate alcooli alifatici saturati C3-C7, trietanolamina tehnica avînd min 85% trietanolamina, max 1% dietanolamina si max 15% polieteri. Acest inhibitor actioneaza atît în faza de vapori, cît si în faza lichida, neutralizînd aciditatea organica si anorganica, formeaza pe suprafata metalului un film de protectie care izoleaza metalul de mediul corosiv si formeaza amestecuri sinergetice cu alti inhibitori filmanti solubili în solventi nepolari.The invention relates to a corrosion inhibitor with neutralizing and film-forming action, for the protection of metallic surfaces at the top of fractionation columns in petrochemical plants. The corrosion inhibitor is soluble in non-polar and water-dispersible solvents, consisting of 20 ... 50 parts by weight of Mannich base, 2 ... 10 parts by weight of technical triethanolamine, 1 ... 5 parts by weight of nonylphenol ethoxylated with 2 ... 4 moles of ethylene oxide, 1 ... 2 parts by weight of monoethanolamine and 30 ... 76 parts by weight of C3-C7 saturated aliphatic alcohols, technical triethanolamine having at least 85% triethanolamine, max. 1% diethanolamine and max. 15% polyethers. This inhibitor acts both in the vapor phase and in the liquid phase, neutralizing organic and inorganic acid, forms on the surface of the metal a protective film that isolates the metal from the corrosive medium and forms synergistic mixtures with other non-polar solvents soluble film-forming inhibitors.
