Inventia se refera la un fir poliesteric multifilamentar care are o viscozitate intrinseca, la firul filat de 0,765...0,780 d l/g, format din 100...200 filamente, cu densitate de lungime nominala a firului etirat de 1100+-10 t/m în S sau Z, cu tenacitate în firul finit de 6,4 g/dtex, cu alungire la rupere de 9+-1%, cu o contractie de 200 degree C de 9+-1% si se obtine prin filarea unei topituri din polietilentereftalat cu o viscozitate intrinseca medie de 0,675 d l/g în proportie de 3% cu un granulat de polietilentereftalat concentrat în colorant cu un continut de 20% pigment si o viscozitate intrinseca de 0,365 d l/g, la o temperatura a granulelor de polietilentereftalat de 70...100 degree C, iar firul filat, tratat, cu un continut de 11% substanta activa este prerasucit, etirat orizontal în doua trepte, în conditii de relaxare, retratat cu agent de avivare si antistatizare si rasucit.
