Inventia se refera la un procedeu de comprimare a unei substante medicamentoase ci actiune hipolipemianta, constand în obtinerea unui pregranulat din amidon de porumb si lactoza în amestec omogen cu solutie alcoolica de carboximetilceluloza acida care dupa uscare si sitare se adauga la substanta activa, N-2-(p-clorfenoxi)-izobutiril- cu amidon solubil si stearat de magneziu, masa obtinuta, omogenizata fiind supusa comprimarii directe.The invention relates to a process for compressing a drug substance and lipid-lowering action consisting in obtaining a corn starch pregranulated from the lactose in a homogeneous mixture with an acidic solution of the acid carboxymethylcellulose which after drying and sieving is added to the active substance N-2 - (p-chlorophenoxy) -isobutyryl - with soluble starch and magnesium stearate, the mass obtained, homogenized being subjected to direct compression.
