Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda colometrica rapida de determinare a proteinei brute care consta în aceea ca, materialul biologic este mineralizat la o temperatura de +-10 degree C cu un reactiv de mineralizare continand 100 mg selenit acid de sodiu , acid percloric si acid sulfuric de sodiu, iar azotul amoniacal rezultat da reactia de culoare cu un reactiv cu anhidrina care contine ninhidrina, hidridantina, acetat de sodiu, azotat de cadmiu, apa si etilenglicol.
