Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a panourilor fotovoltaice cu celule solare dispuse pe un circuit imprimat. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în realizarea unui strat dintr-un circuit imprimat dublu placat la o domensiune corespunzatoare panoului fotovoltaic ce se doreste a fi obtinut, realizarea unui circuit imprimat simplu placat, la aceleasi dimensiuni asezarea stratului de circuit imprimat dublu placat peste stratul de circuit imprimat placat, urmata de pozitionarea si rigidizarea lor, pozitionarea celulelor solare, în decuparile corespunzatoare practicate în stratul de circuit imprimat dublu placat, sudarea bornei negative a celulelor solare pe stratul de circuit imprimat simplu placat, sudarea unei folii de cupru stanate pe borna pozitiva a celulelor solare, montarea unui geam de sticla peste stratul de circuit imprimat dublu placat, si respectiv a unui strat protector ce poate fi din aluminiu, sticla sau textolit peste stratul de circuit imprimat simplu placat siasamblarea întregului panou într-o rama prevazuta cu borne pentru conectarea terminalelor.
