Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de realizare a parbrizelor duplex fotovoltaice, utilizate pe autoturisme, autofurgonete, autocamioane, pentru injectarea de energie electrica, consumatorilor electrici ai autovehiculului, încarcarea bateriei, ca antena radio sau antena pentru sistemul antiefractie sau ca rezistenta de dezaburire sau dezghetare pe timp de iarna. Procedeul, conform inventiei, este realizat prin suprapunerea a cinci straturi dupa cum urmeaza, un strat din geam de grosime 2...3 mm, o folie polivinil butyral cu grosime de 0,7...0,8 mm, celule solare cu diametrul 50,8...76,2 mm si grosime de 0,28 - 0,32 mm, înseriate cu folii de staniu de 0,1 mm grosime, al doilea geam de grosime 2... mm, introduse în cuptorul de laminare la temperatura de 108...114 degree C dupa introducerea furtunului de etansare, vidrarea pîna la 10 la puterea -1 Bar cu ajutorul pompei de vid si polimerizarea în etuva de autoclavizare la o temperatura de 148...154 degree C.
