Abstract
Din catalizatorii cu continut de nichel utilizati în industria alimentara, farmaceutica si industria industria de azot, precum si în alte ramuri ale industriei chimice si din alte deseuri cu continut de nichel, nichelul este recuperat, dupa o forma de pregatire corespunzatoare, sub forma tetracarbonibil. în prima etapa a procedeului are loc activarea catalizatorului uzat pregatit la 250..450grade C, într-un curent de hidrogen, amoniac sau gaz de sinteza, în prezenta de HgS si CuS ca activatori. în continuare, materialul activat este carbonilat la 80..125grade C, sub o presiune a oxidului de carbon de 10 pana la 130 bar. Tetracarbonilul de nichel format este evacuat în mod continuu din vasul de racire si condensare aflat sub presiune si este depozitat în vase de 20 l, sub o presiune de monoxid de carbon de cativa bari. Randamentele de recuperare a nichilului sunt de peste 92%.
