Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie automata pentru analize cromatografice în strat subtire, destinata identificarii componentelor unui amestec si masurarii concentratiei acestora. Instalatia, conform inventiei, este constituita dintr-un subansamblu ce cuprinde un laser cu colorant acordabil care trimite radiatia laser de excitare pe proba de cromatografie în strat subtire, semnalul de fluorescenta emis de aceasta proba fiind apoi analizat de un subansamblu de masura si prelucrare a semnalului de fluorescenta care realizeaza analiza spectrala a semnalului de fluorescenta cu un subansamblu de separare a radiatiei analizate dipa lungimea de unda a radiatiilor componente, detectia maximului de intensitate a radiatiei analizate spectral, precum si prelucrarea semnalelor detectate în scopul introducerii într-un calculator prin intermediul unui convertor analog-digital, calculatorul controlînd functionarea secventiala a instalatiei prin intermediul unui convertor anmalog-digital, calculatorul controland functionarea secventiala a instalatiei prin intermediul unor blocuri de automatizare, primul dintre ele pentru laserul acordabil si celalalt pentru subansamblu de masura si prelucrare a semnalului de fluorescenta.
