Inventia se refera la un procedeul de obtinere a adehidei anisice (p-metoxibenzaldehida) prin oxidarea anetolului (1-metoxi-4-propant(1)-ilbenzen) cu amestec cromic în emulsie apa-solvent organic, utilizand drept catalizator un acid carboxilic. Aldehida anisica astfel obtinuta poate fi folosita în amestecuri de aromatizanti si odoranti.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of anisic adechide (p-methoxybenzaldehyde) by oxidizing the anethole (1-methoxy-4-propan (1) -ylbenzene) with a chromic mixture in an organic solvent-water emulsion using as a catalyst a carboxylic acid. The aniseed aldehyde thus obtained can be used in mixtures of flavorings and odorants.
