Abstract
Procedeul, conform inventiei, face parte din domeniul aplicatiilor laserilor în chimie si se bazeata pe descompunerea carbonatilor de mangan sub actiunea de iradiere cu laserul cu CO2, cu emisie în infrarosu si cu functionare continua. Iradierea cu laserul cu CO2 se efectueaza într-un sistem cu agitare, care asigura mixajul si omogenizarea reactivului în raport cu spotul fascicului laser. Consumul de energie si productivitatea depind de caracteristicile laserului, de sistemul de operare, de sistemul optic de iradiere, de absorbtia carbonatului respectiv la lungimea de unda o emisie laser. Procedeul propus prezinta un grad ridicat de generalitate, putand fi uitlizat în diverse variante: cu agitare mecanica, în strat fluidizat, în strat subtire de material în trecere prin fata spotului fascicolului laser, în atmosfera normala sau în vid.
