Abstract
Procedeul, conform inventiei, face parte din domeniul aplicatiilor laserilor în chimie si se bazeata pe descompunerea carbonatilor de mangan sub actiunea de iradiere cu laserul cu CO2, cu emisie în infrarosu si cu functionare continua. Iradierea cu laserul cu CO2 se efectueaza într-un sistem cu agitare, care asigura mixajul si omogenizarea reactivului în raport cu spotul fascicului laser. Consumul de energie si productivitatea depind de caracteristicile laserului, de sistemul de operare, de sistemul optic de iradiere, de absorbtia carbonatului respectiv la lungimea de unda o emisie laser. Procedeul propus prezinta un grad ridicat de generalitate, putand fi uitlizat în diverse variante: cu agitare mecanica, în strat fluidizat, în strat subtire de material în trecere prin fata spotului fascicolului laser, în atmosfera normala sau în vid.The process according to the invention is part of the field of laser applications in chemistry and is based on the decomposition of manganese carbonates under the action of CO2 laser radiation with infrared emission and continuous operation. CO2 laser irradiation is carried out in a shaking system that assures the mixing and homogenization of the reagent relative to the laser beam spot. Energy consumption and productivity depend on the characteristics of the laser, the operating system, the optical radiation system, the absorption of the carbonate at the wavelength of a laser emission. The proposed process has a high degree of generality and can be used in various variants: with mechanical stirring, in a fluidized bed, in a thin layer of material passing through the front of the laser beam, in the normal or vacuum atmosphere.
