Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de separare selectiva a metalelor din concentrate complexe prin lesiere sulfurica, fie la presiune normala cu electrolit epuizat de la electroliza zincului într-o treapta sau doua, fie în autoclava sub presiune cu solutie avînd H2SO4 în exces. Prin lesiere în solutie trec Cu, Zn, Mo, Bi, Fe iar Pb în care se colecteaza metalele pretioase se separa sub forma unui reziduu insolubil prelucrabil pirometalurgic. Din solutia rezultata se separa Mo si Bi prin precipitare cu Na2CO3, NaOH sau NH4OH la pH=1, 8-2,0, Cu prin precipitare sub forma de sulfura de cupru, Fe, în functie de forma în care se gaseste Fe(II) sau Fe(III) prin precipitare cu oxid, sulfat sau hidroxid, iar Zn electrolitic.
