Abstract
Procedeul de realizare a placilor fibrolemnoase cu o fata neteda, conform inventiei, elimina materialele deficitare, în care scop se foloseste o rasina aminica (ureomelaminoformaldehidica) precipitabila în apa la o dilutie mai mare de 1:10, are un continut în nevolatile de 40-60%, o vîscozitate de 50-500 m.Pa.S. si o rezistenta la încleiere de minim 80 daN/cm2, la care se aplica prin pulverizare pe covorul de fibre format pe masina de deshidratat deasupra celei de a doua cutii sugare sau în alt loc pe covorul de fibre, sau în amestec cu fibrele prin procedeul clasic, în proportie de maxim 2% rasina uscata, fata de fibre atro.
