Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru tratamentul termic al pieselor si, în special, la calirea izoterma a discurilor grape, în bai de saruri cu 280-360 degree C. Procedeul consta din deplasarea intermitenta a pieselor prin baia de saruri topite, iar pentru modificarea timpului de mentinere se variaza viteza de deplasare a lantului transportor. încalzirea baii de saruri se face de la partea inferioara a cuvei metalice iar mentinerea temperaturii se poate realiza cu gazele calde recuperate de la alt cuptor.
