Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie utilizata pentru vulcanizarea continua a curelelor trapezoidale multiple destinate transmisiei de putere între arbori paraleli. Procedeul conform inventiei consta în alcatuirea unui pachet din curele trapezoidale multiple peste care se aseaza o carcasa de legatura, pachetul fiind asezat într-un dispozitiv de mentinere a distantei dintre curelele curelele individuale în continuare pachetul fiind tensionat pe un tambur de vulcanizare, pe suprafata exterioara a carcasei de legatura plasîndu-se o tesatura textila, dupa care are loc vulcanizarea, simultan cu presarea curelei trapezoidale multiple aceasta spunîndu-se în permanenta la doua surse de caldura, una interioara alta exterioara. Instalatia consta dintr-o matrita de vulcanizare, rotativa realizata sub forma unui tambur încalzit, canelat, cu profile corespunzatoare curelelor, o piesa de presiune realizata sub forma unei benzi urmarind o parte din conturul cilindric al tamburului de vulcanizare, asigura pe timpul desfasurarii procesului, presiunea necesara vulcanizarii, iar o rola canelata, conform profilului curelelor trapezoidale, asigura introducerea ordonata si în stare pretensionata în zona de vulcanizare, a pachetului format din curelele trapezoidale solidarizate prin carcasa de legatura, în timp ce un sistem de încalzire electric cu aportul suplimentar de energie termica necesar vulcanizarii, orientat dinspre carcasa de solidarizare spre curele.The invention relates to a process and apparatus used for the continuous vulcanization of multiple trapezoidal belts for power transmission between parallel shafts. According to the invention, the process consists in making a package of multiple trapezoidal belts over which a connecting casing is placed, the package being placed in a device for maintaining the distance between the individual straps of the straps and the package being tensed on a vulcanization drum on the outer surface of the linkage being attached to a textile fabric, after which vulcanization occurs, simultaneously with the pressing of the multiple trapezoidal belt, this being said constantly to two sources of heat, one inner and another external. The installation consists of a rotatable vulcanizing mold made in the form of a heated, reel-shaped drum with profiles corresponding to the straps, a pressure piece made in the form of a strip following a part of the cylindrical contour of the vulcanization drum, ensures during the process, the pressure required for vulcanization and a grooved roller according to the profile of the trapezoidal belts ensures the orderly and pretensioned insertion into the vulcanization zone of the packet made of the trapezoidal belts solidified through the connecting casing while an electric heating system with the additional supply of thermal energy required for vulcanization, oriented from the solidarity casing to the belts.
