Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie pentru extruderea pulberilor de carburi metalice destinate formarii de semifabricate sinterizate, în special a celor de forma tubulara. Procedeul utilizeaza drept plastifiant pentru pulberile de carburi metalice, un amestec format, în procente în greutate, din 48...52% vaselina neutra, 40...47% parafina si 1...12% ulei de parafina, acest plastifiant fiind adaugat în proportie de 6...9% în pulberile de carburi metalice si cobalt amestecul obtinut fiind omogenizat, dezaerat si brichetat în calupuri cilindrice care sunt extrudate cu ajutorul unei instalatii de extrudare, semifabricatele obtinute fiind apoi deplastifiate si sinterizate. Instalatia, conform inventiei, este alcatuita dintr-un dispozitiv de extrudare termostat, format dintr-un corp principal care contine un element de încalzire, o presa hidraulica si un aparat electronic de masurare si reglare a temperaturii. Procedeul si instalatia, conform inventiei, permit obtinerea unor piese cilindrice sau tubulare de precizie ridicata, oferind posibilitatea realizarii microfilurilor din carburi metalice sinterizate.The invention relates to a process and apparatus for extruding metal carbide powders for the formation of sintered semifinished products, especially those of tubular form. The process uses as a plasticizer for metal carbide powders a mixture of 48 ... 52% by weight of neutral petroleum, 40 ... 47% paraffin and 1 ... 12% paraffin oil, by weight, by weight, this plasticizer being 6% to 9% in the powders of metallic and cobalt carbides, the mixture obtained being homogenized, de-aerated and briquetted in cylindrical molds which are extruded by means of an extrusion plant, the resulting semifinished products being then displaced and sintered. According to the invention, the installation consists of a thermostat extruder consisting of a main body containing a heating element, a hydraulic press and an electronic measuring and temperature controlling apparatus. The process and the installation according to the invention allow to obtain high-precision cylindrical or tubular parts, providing the possibility of producing sintered metal carbide microfilters.
