Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de recuperare a nichelului din catalizatorii uzati, care se supun extractiei selective cu o solutie amoniacala avînd concentratia de 23% NH3, la o temperatura de 60...90 degree C, si la un pH = 7,5...9, pîna la obtinerea unei solutii avînd concentratia în nichel de 26 g/l solutie care dupa filtrare este supusa tratarii la temperatura de 120...130 degree C, cu vapori de apa, obtinîndu-se hidroxid de nichel, la un pH de 5...7,5 iar dupa spalare, decantare si filtrare, hidroxidul de nichel este supus neutralizarii cu acid azoic 47% pîna la un pH de 4,5...6 obtinîndu-se dupa filtrare, concentrare, cristalizare si uscare, azotat de nichel de puritate avansata.
