Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a uleiurilor din ficat de rechin se topeste la temperatura de 30...35 degree C timp de 45 min, pînp la o ora. Uleiul obtinut se spala de 4-5 ori cu apa rece, apoi de doua ori cu apa distilata, se lasa 24h la temperatura de 2...8 degree C în vederea separarii fazelor, dupa care faza uleioasa se trateaza cu 5% hidrochinona drept stabilizator, se usuca la temperatura de 80 degree C si 50mm col Hg. Reziduurile de ficat rezultate din proces sub forma de reziduu proteic coloidal, se amesteca în proportii de 1:10 cu cloroform, se pastreaza timp de 3...4 zile la temperatura de 2...8 degree C cu agitare intermitenta, se spala de 5...6 ori cu apa, se usuca la temperatura de 50 degree C si 50 mm Hg timp de 40 min în prezenta a 5% hidrochinona, rezultînd produsele dorite.
