Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie destinate prelucrarii agregatelor minerale folosite pentru prepararea betoanelor, agregate minerale aflate, în special, într-un balast cu continut de sare de argila. Procedeul pentru prelucrarea agregatelor minerale cuprinde faze de transport, spalare, ciuruire, iar spalarea are loc în punctul de alimentare a liniilor tehnologice de ciuruire prin imprimarea materialului unei traiectorii sicanate si supunerea lui actiunii unor jeturi de apa sub presiune, iar în continuare, materialul este supus ciuruirii fiind în amestec cu apa. Instalatia, conform procedeului, include un agitator static bitubular alcatuit din doua tuburi metalice cu sectiune dreptunghiulara asamblate sub un unghi de aproape 90 degree formînd la îmbinarea lor o gura de alimentare prevazuta cu o clapa obturatoare, iar la interior pe peretii laterali ai fiecarui tub sunt dispuse în sah niste duze de apa pozitionate la distanta corespunzatoare, adaptate functie de materialul prelucrat.
