Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de fabricatie a spinelului magnezian în intervalul 90-20% Al2O3 si 10-80 MgO obtinute dintr-un component magnezian cu adaosuri avînd un rol functional complex de mineralizatori lianti temporari, modificatori de cristalizare, prin presare si sinterizare la temperaturi ridicate. Produsul obtinut se prelucreaza si se utilizeaza ca agregat refractar la fabricarea prodsuselor fefractare la fabricarea si captuselilor monolitice.The invention relates to a process for manufacturing magnesium spinel in the range of 90-20% Al2O3 and 10-80 MgO obtained from a magnesium component with additives having a complex functional function of temporary binder mineralizers, crystallisation modifiers, pressing and sintering at high temperatures. The obtained product is processed and used as a refractory aggregate in the manufacture of the figurative products for monolithic fabrication and lining.
