Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a proteinelor pe cale microbiologica consta în aceea ca microorganismul din genul Alcalingenes ales dintre A. faecalis nr. 39, A. faecalis nr. 40 sau A. faecalis nr. 41, înregistrat în colectia Institutului de Cercetari Chimico-Farmaceutice Bucuresti, se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura ce contine surse de azot, saruri anorganice si metanol, în raport exprimat în volum, de 1...3%, la temperatura de 26...31 degree C, pH 6,4...7,2 timp de 40...48h.
