Procedeul de obtinere a proteinelor pe cale microbiologica consta în aceea ca microorganismul din genul Alcalingenes ales dintre A. faecalis nr. 39, A. faecalis nr. 40 sau A. faecalis nr. 41, înregistrat în colectia Institutului de Cercetari Chimico-Farmaceutice Bucuresti, se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura ce contine surse de azot, saruri anorganice si metanol, în raport exprimat în volum, de 1...3%, la temperatura de 26...31 degree C, pH 6,4...7,2 timp de 40...48h.The microbiological method of obtaining the proteins consists in that the microorganism of the genus Alcalingenes chosen from A. faecalis no. 39, A. faecalis no. 40 or A. faecalis no. 41, registered in the Institute of Chemico-Pharmaceutical Research Bucharest, is cultivated on a culture medium containing nitrogen, inorganic salts and methanol in a volume ratio of 1 ... 3% at 26 ° C. .3 ° C, pH 6.4 ... 7.2 for 40 ... 48h.
