Abstract
Inventia se refera la unprocedeu de fabricare a nonilfenolului, conform caruia, în scopul mentinerii constante a temperaturii de reactie si al asigurarii stabilitatii în timp a produsului finit, se recircula 50% din efluent, alchilarea avînd loc cu o viteza volumara cuprinsa între 0,2 si 1,1 h la -1, iar la rectificarea produsului brut dupa distilarea fractiei de nonena si fenol se adauga, înainte de distilarea fractiei utile de nonilfenol, 0,2% solutie apoasa NaOH 40% raportata la produsul brut supus rectificarii. în scopul maririi cu 40% a vol catalizatorului, se trateaza stratul catalitic cu fenol la temperatura de 80 degree C, timp de 16 h, înainte de începerea reactiei de alchilare.
