Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a Factorului A 53365, procedeu ce consta în faptul ca microorganismul Streptomyces chromofuscus NRRL 15098 se cultiva sumersibil într-un mediu de cultura ce contine surse asimilabile de carbon de azot si saruri anorganicve nutritive. Mediul de cultura mai contine surse similabile de carbon de azot si saruri anorganice nutritive. Mediul de cultura mai contine 1....6 g/l prolina sau 1....6 g/l prolina si 1.....3 g/l lizina, cultivarea se face la temperatura de 23...........30 degree Cde preferinta 25 degree C pH 7....8,3 iar dupa separarea factorilor A,B si C, daca doreste. se trece sub forma de saruri sau esteri.
