Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a glicoproteinelor antitumorale, procedeu ce consta în faptul ca glicoproteinele cu greutate moleculara cuprinsa între 7000-90000 sunt supuse degradarii în prezenta unui agent de reducere ales dintre 2.mercaptoetanol, ditiotreitol, diticeritriol, acid trioglicolic, acid monotiofosforic, bromhidrura de sodiu tri-n-butilfosfina, tri-dietil-aminoetilfosfina, sulfit de sodiu, ionul argint sau bromura de cianogen, la 0...37 degree C de preferinta 15....25 degree C, timp de 10....120 min pH 5,5....7,5 cu sau fara prezenta unui agent de suprafata ales dintre dodecilsulfatul de sodiu, acid calcic, bromura de dodeciltrimerilamoniu, deoxilisolecitina, Tween, Span, Triton, dupa care urmeaza purificarea.
