Abstract
Inventia se refera la comprimate-reactivi pentru determinarea alfa-amilazei, constituite din polizaharide reticulate, alese dintre amiloza sau amidon, iodura de potasiu, iodat de potasiu, celuloza, silicagel coloidal, talc, stearat de magneziu si lactoza. Procedeul de obtinere a comprimatelor-rectiv consta în aceea ca iodatul de potasiu, în solutia alcoolica se amesteca cu lactoza; dupa uscare si cernere, se omogenizeaza, timp de 25 min, cu iodura de potasiu, celuloza, silicagelul coloidal, talcul si polizaharidele reticulate si înca 5 min dupa adaugarea stearatului de magneziu, dupa care amestecul obtinut se conditioneaza în comprimate de 0,20g, dupa metode bine cunoscute.
