Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a vaccinului antivariolic ovin, prin cultivare pe culturi de celule primare sau linii de celule renale si testiculare de miel, congelarea si decongelarea rapida a masei virale de 2...3 ori, centrifugarea suspensiei virale la 3000 tur/min, titrarea virusului centrifugat prin metoda "in vitro" sau prin imunofluorescenta indirecta pe culturi de celule primare renale si testiculare de miel si în final inocularea subcutan în cantitate de 1000...5000 DICP50, în vol de 0,5 ml.
