Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unor rasini diluabile cu apa, conform caruia, se supune aductarii un acid dicarboxilic alfa beta-etilenic nesaturat ales dintre acid maleic, anhidrida maleica sau acid fumaric cu un ulei vegetal nesaturat avînd indice de iod peste 50 mg iod/100 g ales dintre ulei de tung, ulei de in, ulei de ricin deshidratat, în raport în greutate de 5...35:95-65 la temperaturi de 150...240 degree C, urmata de semiesterificarea cu un poliol ales dintre trimetiloletan, trimetilolpropan, glicerina, în prezenta unui solvent total sau partial miscibil cu apa, ales dintre diacetonalcool, alcool butilic tertiar si amestecul acestora, la temperaturi de 100...200 degree C, urmata de modificare cu 5...25% în greutate rasina fenolica, la temperatura de 70...160 degree C, diluare cu solvent total sau partial miscibil cu apa si eventual neutralizare.
