Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a aluminosilicatilor cristalini porosi de tip zeolit ZSM-5, prin sinteza hidrotermala din solutii de silicat de sodiu si sulfat de aluminiu, în prezenta unui agent de cristalizare, procedeu conform caruia folosindu-se ca materii prime solutie de silicat de sodiu tehnic cu continut de fier de maxim 0,5 mg Fe/ml si solutie de sulfat de aluminiu, acidulate cu acid sulfuric concentrat, acestea sunt supuse gelifierii în cantitati corespunzatoare obtinerii unui amestec de reactie avînd compozitia: SiO2 : Al2O3 = 70...90; Na2O : SiO2 = 0,1...1,0; H2O : Al2O = 3000...3200; în gelul astfel rezultat introducîndu-se apoi un agent de cristalizare, alcool metilic, fie la temperatura obisnuita, în stare lichida, fie la cald, în stare de vapori prin barbotare, în raport de CH3OH : Al2O3 = 70...160; cristalizarea avînd loc în decurs de 15...40 h, la temperatura de 120...200 degree C.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of ZSM-5 zeolite porous crystalline aluminosilicates by hydrothermal synthesis of sodium silicate solutions and aluminum sulphate in the presence of a crystallization agent, the process of which is used as the starting material solution of technical grade sodium silicate with iron content of max. 0.5 mg Fe / ml and aluminum sulphate solution, acidified with concentrated sulfuric acid, these are subjected to gelling in quantities corresponding to a reaction mixture having the composition: SiO2: Al2O3 = 70 ... 90; Na2O: SiO2 = 0.1-1.0; H2O: Al2O = 3000 ... 3200; in the resulting gel there is then introduced a crystallizing agent, methyl alcohol, either at the usual temperature, in the liquid state or hot, in the vapor bubbling state, in relation to CH3OH: Al2O3 = 70-160; crystallization takes place within 15 ... 40 hours at a temperature of 120 ... 200 ° C.
