Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a dioxidului de telur, prin oxidarea telurului tehnic cu acid azotic, urmata de tratarea dioxidului de telur astfel rezultat cu acid clorhidric si de separarea produsului prin precipitar cu hidroxid de sodiu, procedeu conform caruia, în scopul obtinerii produsului pur si cu greutate volumetrica ridicata, dupa precipitarea dioxidului de telur din tetraclorura de telur cu hidroxid de sodiu, la pH=5,2...6,5 dioxidul de telur astfel precipitat este spalat cu apa deionizata, la un raport S:L=1:3...1:4, pîna la eliminarea ionilor de sodiu, dupa care suspensia de dioxid de telur si apa deionizata, la unraport S:L=1,2, este supusa fierberii la temperatura de 102...105 degree C, timp de 30 min si apoi suspensia este filtrata iar recipientul obtinut se usuca la temparatura de 70...85 degree C.The invention relates to a process for obtaining tellurium dioxide by oxidation of technical tellurium with nitric acid, followed by treatment of the resulting tellurium dioxide with hydrochloric acid and separation of the product by precipitation with sodium hydroxide, according to which, in order to obtain of pure product and of high volumetric weight, after precipitation of tellurium dioxide from tellurium tetrachloride with sodium hydroxide, at pH = 5,2 ... 6,5, the thus precipitated tellurium dioxide is washed with deionized water at an S: L = 1: 3 ... 1: 4, until the sodium ions are eliminated, after which the suspension of tellurium dioxide and deionized water, at unport S: L = 1,2, is subjected to boiling at a temperature of 102 ... 105 ° C for 30 minutes and then the suspension is filtered and the obtained container is dried at 70-85 ° C.
