Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru tratarea termica a carbunilor, aplicat la preîncalzitoarele de carbune prin transport pneumatic în doua trepte, la care un gaz cald preparat într-un focar serveste mai întîi pentru tratarea termica a carbunilor în cea de a doua trepta si apoi dupa separarea carbunilor în stare pulverulenta este folosit în prima treapta de preîncalzire. Procedeul pentru tratarea termica a carbunilor consta în introducerea suplimentara în prima treapta, o data cu gazele rezultate din trapta a doua si aunor gaze cu temperatura ridicata fie direct din focarul instalatiei fie din al al doile focar independent si de asemenea în dirijarea unei parti din gazele reziduale calde rezultate din prima trapta sau spre focar pentru a fi amestecate cu cele fierbinti pentru a se folosi în trapta a doua, sau direct, spre cea de a doua trepata.
