Abstract

Inventia se refera la o compozitie termoplasta care este constituita din 30....95 parti în greutate polimer termoplast, ales dintre polietilena, polistiren sau policlorura de vinil, 2........50 parti în greutate elastomer ca atare sau deseu avand un grad de vulcanizare de maximum 60% ales dintre cauciuc butil sau copolimer butadiena stiren, pana la 150 parti în greutate material ligno celulozic avand granulatia particulelor sub un 1 mm, 0....10 parti în greutate substanta capabila de a genera reactii de grefarereticulare între componentele polimere ale amestecului si eventual aditivi specifici de prelucrare. Procedeul pentru obtinerea compozitiei cinsta în malaxarea plasticizarea amestecului la temperaturi 120....130 degree C într-un extruder valt sau malaxor unde se aplica o energie de forfecare de minimum 0,35hw/kg urmata de prelucrarea produsului prin procedee specifice termoplastelor, cu sau fara granulare intermediara.
