Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru tratarea materialului lichid aflat într-un recipient, fiind utilizata în special la tratarea otelului lichid, avand niste pierderi termice minime si o constructie simpla si ulor de realizat. Instalatia propriu-zisa este alcatuita dintr-un tub captusit cu material refractar, avand la partea inferioara niste degajari în care se introduc niste blocuri poroase. Aceste degajari sunt în legatura si cu niste conducte pentru dirijarea unor gaze interne prin blocurile poroase pentru barbotarea baii de metal lichid.The invention relates to a plant for treating liquid material in a container, being especially used for the treatment of liquid steel, having minimal thermal losses and a simple construction and ease. The actual installation consists of a tube lined with refractory material, having at the bottom some recesses where some porous blocks are inserted. These releases are also related to some conduits for conducting internal gases through the porous blocks for bubbling the liquid metal bath.
