Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere prin biosinteza a cheagului, procedeu ce consta în faptul ca microorganismul Mucor miehei, înregistrat în colectia Institutului de Chumie Alimentara, Bucuresti sub nr. 3159, se cultiva pe un mediu de cultura constituit din tarate din grau cu sau fara adaos de rumegus de brad, dupa care se extrage cu apa, se centrifugheaza se filtreaza uar lichidul obtinut i se adauga clorura de sodiu si acid ascorbic, dupa care se concentreaza în vid si se sterilizeaza prin iradiere. Activitatea enzimatica a enzimei obtinute este de 10000.....50000 ZS/ml.
