Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor pigmenti galbeni si ocru în sistemul NiO-TiO2-P2O5 utilizati la fabricarea vopselelor si emailurilor, colorarea ceramicii fine, a sticlei materialelor de constructii, maselor plastice si prepararea culorilor pentru pictura, în care se calcineaza un amestec constituit din 35...80% în greutate dioxid de titan forma alotropa anatas sau rutil sintetic, 4...40% în greutate sulfat, carbonat, azotat sau oxid de nichel, 10...25% în greutate fosfat secundar de sodiu sau amoniu, fara sau cu adaos de 2...5% în greutate acid boric la o temperatura de 850...1000 degree C, timp de 45...180 min, dupa care se raceste prin imersie în apa dedurizata, se macina pe cale umeda, se spala, se usuca, apoi se dezagrega si se omogenizeaza pigmentul.
