Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru extragerea si racirea formelor în care se afla piesele turnate, putînd fi aplicata atît la formele de turnatorie mici cît si la cele de dimensiuni mari, ca în timpul diferitelor operatii de extragere si deplasare, sa nu se produca distrugerea integritatii formai de turnare, pentru a permite o racire uniforma a piesei respective. Pentru acest scop s-a prevazut un carucior de transfer care dirijeaza ansamblul rama de formare-forme spre o zona de extragere a formelor din ramele respective. Dupa operatia de extragere a formelor, aceste forme sunt dirijate, prin intermediul unei placi, spre niste locasuri ale unui transportor unde are loc racirea dirijata.The invention relates to a plant for the extraction and cooling of the molds in which the molded parts are located, which can be applied to both small and large casting molds, such as during the various extraction and displacement operations, not to cause destruction cast mold integrity to allow uniform cooling of the workpiece.
