Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a polielectrolitilor agregati utilizati în fractionarea sîngelui si a altor substante proteinice, care consta în aceea ca un copolimer de etilena, stiren sau izobutilena cu acidul sau anhidrida maleica se încalzeste într-un solvent organic ales dintre xilen, etilbenzen, mono sau diclorbenzen, cumen, sau amestecurile acestora, la o temperatura cuprinsa între circa 120 degree C si circa 160 degree C aceasta fiind mai mica decît temperatura de topire a polimerului, timp de 15 min, pîna la o ora, dupa care polimerul astfel agregat se supune reticularii pentru introducerea de grupari amino-imidice prin încalzire la reflux cu aminoalchilinferior sau imidoalchilinferior, aminoalchilinferior piridina substituita, piperidina, picolina, pirolidina, morfolina sau imidazol.
