Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a derivatilor trans si cis ai 2,2'-azoimidazolului cu formula generala II si II: (vezi formula) în care R si R1 au semnificatii identice sau diferite, reprezentînd fiecare un atom de hidrogen, un radicalalchil C1-C12, alcoxi C1-C12 sau NO2; R2- un atom de hidrogen, un alchil C1-C3; n si m - au marimi identice sau diferite si se exprima prin numere întregi de la 1 pîna la 3 dar în cazul în care m = m = 1 se exclude ca R =R1 =R2 =H. Procedeul consta înaceea ca, 2-amino-1-arilidenaminoimidazolul cu formula generala III: (vezi formula) în care R, R1, R2, n, m au semnificatiile aratate mai înainte, excluzînd compusii în care R = R1 = R2 = H, n = m = 1 se oxideaza cu bioxid de mangan, în mediul uneihidrocarburi aromatice, sub încalzire, la reflux, urmata de separarea produsului urmarit.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of 2,2'-azoimidazole trans and cis derivatives of general formula II and II: wherein R and R1 have the same or different meanings, each representing a hydrogen atom, a C 1 -C 12 -alkyl, C 1 -C 12 -alkoxy or NO 2; R2 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-C3 alkyl; n and m are identical or different and are expressed by integers from 1 to 3 but where m = m = 1 excludes as R = R1 = R2 = H. The process consists in that the 2-amino-1-arylideneaminoimidazole of general formula III wherein R, R 1, R 2, n and m are as defined above, excluding compounds in which R = R 1 = R 2 = H, n = m = 1 is oxidized with manganese dioxide in the aromatic hydrocarbon medium under heating at reflux followed by separation of the desired product.
