Abstract
Procedeu de preparare a antigenului citomegalic uman, prin inocularea unei culturi de celule fibroplastice de embrion uman cu o tulpina de virus citomegalic uman, recoltarea culturii cînd efectul citopatic este maxim, centrifugarea timp de 20 min, la4 degree C, conform inventiei principale cu descrierea nr. 73493, care, în scopul obtinerii unui titru superior, sedimentul se resuspenda într-un volum de 10 ori mai mic, de tampon glicina 0,10 M la pH = 9,5 se extrage la temperatura camerei si apoi se ult rasoneaza, dupa centrifugare supernatantul se retine, iar sedimentului i se aplica, înca de doua ori, operatia de mai sus; supernatantele reunite constituie calitatea de antigen obtinuta.
