Abstract
The invention relates to a baking utensil for making hollow baked goods, in particular hot sandwiches, e.g. from croissants or rolls, and for producing tubular biscuit types, hollow ribs, tubular pancakes etc. under commercial and domestic conditions. The baked goods can be made from an already baked basic dough by rebaking or from a liquid raw dough by once-off baking by supplying heat and made ready for filling or consumption. The heat supply takes place along the surface of one or more heat-transmitting members (1), e.g. a baking profile (1A, 1B, 1C). The invention can be characterised in that the heat-transmitting member (1), e.g. the baking profile (1A), is connected to a gas-operated heat source (2) with an open flame, a cooking plate with any heat source or an electrically operated heat source (3), and possibly, for limiting and/or heating the mould space (4) receiving the liquid dough, an accessory adaptor (5) is provided, and both the heat-transmitting member (1) and the surface of the accessory adaptor (5) are provided with a non-stick protective surface preventing baking on. <IMAGE>
