Abstract

Procedeul de concentrare a solutiilor de polizaharide, conform inventiei, permite utilizarea solutiei apoase concentrate direct la gura sondei si consta în concentrarea unei solutii apoase a unei polizaharide solubile în apa, care cuprinde ultrafiltrarea solutiei, prin aducerea ei în contact cu o membrana poroasa, ai carei pori sunt suficient de mici pentru a preveni trecerea polizaharidei prin membrana si retragerea lichidului care a traversat membrana respectiva, care datorita unor proprietati pseudoplastice de vîscozitate, duce la realizarea unui fenomen de concentrare sau vîsozitate care pot fi atinse numai prin ultrafiltrare, procedeu aplicabil, în special polizaharidelor care au astfel de proprietati. Solutiile apoase de polzaharide care pot fi concentrate prin procedeul conform inventiei, pot fi atinse prin dizolvarea adecvata a polizaharidelor în apa, în mod alternativ si adesea mai convenabil, acestea pot fil lichidele reultate din fermentarea...
