Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unei dispersii apoase de polimeri, utilizabila drept compozitie de acoperire prin electrodepunere, conform caruia se dizolva un polimer de modificare preformat, care contine grupe reactive, reprezentat de rasini epoxidice, aducti ai acestora sau poliesteri de aditie într-un monomer etilenic alfa beta-nesaturat, care contine grupe reactive identice sau similare cu grupele reactive ale polimerului preformat, dupa care în prezenta unui agent de reticulare ce contine grupe reactive complementare cu cele din polimerul preformat si implicit din monomeruletilenic, ales dintre rasina ureoformaldehidica, fenolformaldehidica, melaminoformaldehidica precum si a unei tenside, amestecul este emulsionat în apa si are loc polimerizarea in situ cu formarea unor polimeri de aditie.
