Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si o instalatie de racire a foliilor termoplastice tubulare în timpul executiei, cu ajutorul unui cap de suflare, prin suflarea aerului de racire pe suprafata foliei tubulare refulate. Instalatia de racire contine doua ajutaje inelare, constituite din trei corpuri de ajutaj suprapuse, functionînd solidar. Pentru urmarirea capacitatii de extrudere si îmbunatatirea calitatii foliilor din material plastic, inventia prevede o racire mult mai eficace a aerului decît a fost posibil pîna în prezent si anume prin scurgerea unui jet inferior al aerului de racire într-un unghi de circa 5 degree -0 degree în raport cu directia extruziei. Pentru realizarea acestui lucru, corpul mijlociu si superior al ajutajului este reglabil fiecare în timpul productiei. Prin aceasta este influentata directia si viteza aerului de racire.
