Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si la o instalatie de obtinere a sîrmelor din aliaje neferoase, în special din bromuri cu staniu, prin turnare continua. Cunoscute fiind dificultatile obtinerii sîrmelor din bronzuri cu staniu prin procedeu clasic de extrudare, procedeul conform inventiei rezolva aceasta problema, prin turnarea continua la diametre de 10...15 mm, putîndu-se obtine simultan 1...14 fire de sîrma. în acest scop, se utilizeaza o instalatie de turnare continua cu ajutorul careia pot fi turnate si alte aliaje pe baza de cupru. semifabricatele turnate se colecteaza sub forma de colaci în greutate de 150...599 kg. se realizeaza astfel sîrme de calotate superioara, avînd strctura fina, omogena si fiind lipite de porozitate. Procedeul este economic, datorita eliminarii operatiilor de încalzire, tragere pe banc si recoacere intermediara.
