Abstract

Procedeul pentru înnobilarea structurilor plane, în special a structurilor plane textile, conform inventiei, este utilizat pentru tratarea structurilor textile tesute sau netesute, precum si a foliilor, tratarea facîndu-se prin iradiere si care aduce la îmbunatatirea proprietatilor acestor structuri, ca, de exemplu: capacitatea de vopsire, comportarea fata de sorbtia umiditatii, rezistenta la putrezirea, proprietatile hidrofobe si cele antistatice, cu obtinerea concomitenta si a unor efecte ornamentale la formarea modelului. Procedeul pentru înnobilarea structurilor plane, în special a structurilor plane textile, conform inventiei, consta în tratarea unei structuri plane textile, fie unei singure iradieri cu radiatii ionizante si unei impregnari duble cu o substanta monomera, fie unei iradieri duble cu radiatii ionizante sa se utilizeze radiatii electronizante cu energii de 40KeV....3MeV, la care iradierea ionizanta poate fi efectuata limitata local, prin sabloane de acoperire, la care grosimea sabloanelor de acoperire este mai mare sau mai mica decît parcursul electronilor, prin iradiere omogena acoperita sau printr-o iradiere cu comanda intensitatii si/sau a localizarii, radicalii formati prin iradiere cu radiatii ionizante putand fi distrusi cu limitare locala prin valturi profilate încalzite sau prin raze laser dirih'jate, fiind adecvat ca substantele monomere, de preferinta compusii vinilici, în special, acidul acrilic, acrilamida sau striolul sa fie utilizate în faza lichida sau gazoasa, fiind apoi avantajos ca structura plana sa fie întinsa cu o tensiune definita si tratata cu apa calda, aer cald sau abur.The process for enhancing flat structures, in particular flat textile structures according to the invention, is used to treat woven or nonwoven fabrics as well as foils, treating by irradiation and improving the properties of such structures, such as : dyeing ability, moisture sorption behavior, rotting resistance, hydrophobic and antistatic properties, with simultaneous obtaining and some ornamental effects on model formation. The process for enriching flat structures, especially flat textile structures, according to the invention consists in treating a flat textile structure, either a single irradiation with ionizing radiation and a double impregnation with a monomer substance, or a double irradiation with ionizing radiation to be used electromagnetic radiation with energies of 40KeV .... 3MeV, where ionizing radiation can be performed locally limited by coating patterns, where the thickness of the coating patterns is greater or less than the electrons, by uniform homogeneous irradiation, an irradiation with intensity and / or localization control, radicals formed by irradiation with ionizing radiation may be destroyed with local limitation by heated profile valves or diurnal laser beams, being suitable as monomeric substances, preferably vinyl compounds, acrylic acid, acrylamide or stripper to be used in the liquid or gaseous phase, being then advantageously that the flat structure be stretched with a defined tension and treated with hot water, hot air or steam.
