Abstract
Utilaj pentru curatirea prin cardare a valului de fibre, ce include un valt de cadrare, pe a carui generatoare este solidarizata o garnitura metlica, prevazuta cu dinti în forma de triunghi isoscel si care conlucreaza cu valtul perietor. De asemenea utilajul, este prevazut cu doua valturi de antrenare a valului spre un calandru, unul superior, iar celalalt inferior. Axele valturilor de cardare si superior de antrenare, precum si marginea valtului de fibre debitat de tamburul perietor sunt dispuse într-un acelasi plan. O perie rotativa conlucreaza cu garnitura valtului de cardare, iar aceasta din urma este înfasurata sub forma unor spire, apropiate între ele, astfel încît distanta dintre doua spire adiacente este mai mare decît latimea garniturii, iar acestea avînd dispuse în nervuri elicoidale. Pe generatoarea fiecarui valt de antrenare este practicata o nervura elicoidala. în spatiul dintre valtul perietor si valtul de cardare, adiacent periei rotative, este prevazut un dispozitiv de siguranta, continînd un microîntrerupator ce întrerupe debitul de curent electric la blocarea debitarii fibrelor. Arborii celor doua valturi de antrenare sunt montati în cîte un ghidaj excentric, deplasabil unghiular pentru reglarea ecartamentului dintre valturile de antrenare, spre a permite curatirea cu un acelasi utilaj a unor valuri de fibre avînd grosimi sensibil diferite. The shafts of the two drive rollers are mounted in an angularly displaceable eccentric guide for adjusting the gauge between the drive rollers to allow for the cleaning of the same machine with a variety of fiber waves having sensitively different thicknesses. The machine is used in the textile industry.
