Abstract

Valt de presare prevazut cu o manta de valt rotativa, de forma cilindrica si presabila pe un contravalt cu un dispozitiv de corectare a încovoierii mantalei sale, înconjurînd un element de sustinere ce trece prin interiorul mantalei sale si este sprijinit la ambele capete precum si cu mai multe elemente de presare, ce transmit fortele de presare de la mantaua valtului si sunt înclinabile fata de elementul de sustinere si deplasabile. Fata de alunecare a elementelor de presare este inversata fatade mantaua valtului si este dispusa o punga centrala de presare hidrostatica în jurul careia, sunt dispuse uniform repartizat cel putin patru pungi auxiliare, înconjurate de o punga marginala. Pentru debitarea mediului de presare la pungile centrala si auxiliara, punga de presare centrala este prevazuta cu un canal propriu, care o leaga cu un spatiu de presare, dispuse între elementul de sustinere si elementul de presare, fiind conectat la o sursa de debitare a agentului de presare. în planul f etei de alunecare a elementului de presare, punga centrala de presare prezinta niste proeminente dispuse în directia unei axe principale a valtului de presare. de preferinta sunt extinse pîna la puntea marginala practic diagonal fata de axele principale ale valtului de presare. De preferinta sunt extinse în directia axei si doua perpendiculare pe aceasta pîna la puntea marginala. Punga centrala de presare poate avea forma unei cruci, iar fata de alunecare a elementului de presare poate avea o forma practic dreptunghiulara. Suprafata fetei active a pungii centrale de presare este de 0,7...1,5 ori din valoarea suprafetei spatiului de presare dintre elementele
