Abstract

Copolimerul anhidrida maleica-stiren, consta în aceea ca este constituit din anhidrida maleica si stiren în raport molar de 1:1, are structura catenara uniforma si se prezinta sub forma de pulbere fina masa moleculara medie de aproximativ 60000. Procedeul de obtinere a copolimerului consta în aceea ca se supune reactiei de copolimerizare anhidrida maleica cu stirenul prin dizolvarea întregii cantitati de anhidrida maleica în mediu de hidrocarbura aromatica sau alchilaromatica aleasa dintre benzen, toluen, xilen introdusa într-o astfel de cantitate încît dupa dizolvarea anhidridei maleice sa rezulte o solutie de pîna la 10%, dupa care aceasta se aduce la o temperatura de reactie cuprinsa între 60....120 degree C, de preferinta între 80 si 110 degree C, apoi se adauga 2....3% fata de solutia de anhidrida maleica initiator de polimerizare si anume peroxidul de benzoil sub forma de solutie într-o cantitate mica de solvent dupa care se introduce o cantitate echimolara de stiren cu un debit reglat cu preluarea caldurii de reactie de catre un agent termic circulat în exteriorul reactorului cu o viteza si temperatura care sa asigure mentinerea constanta care urmeaza finalizarea reactiei prin ridicarea temperaturii cu 1....5 degree C fata de temperatura mentinuta în perioada de alimentare a stirenului.
